This wasn't from today, but I thought I would ask my humans to post these. I think I look so pretty.
My puppies are completely weaned from me and I'm starting to get back into shape again. Which means..... I get to go to the dog park soon!!! YAY! Maybe someone there will like me so much they will adopt me?
My humans are training me every day with a bunch of different things. I'm learning to hold my potty better. It took a long time after I had my puppies for me to get control again, but I'm doing much better now. No more accidents!
Someone asked my human about my personality. Not just my puppies are for adoption. I'm looking for my forever home as well. Its so much harder for an adult dog to get a home. So many people want puppies instead. So here's a list of my best and worst qualities:- I walk nicely on the lead alone or with another dog
- I come when called when off leash
- I will run after little animals. I have high prey drive
- I don't like my neighbors dogs
- I would rather chew on a bone than your furniture or shoes
- I don't bark when someone is at the door
- I bark only when there's something in my yard that shouldn't be
- I would LOVE a home with a doggie door
- I'm good with other dogs my size or bigger
- I'm a fast learner
- I have manners
- I can be a bit pushy when I want something really bad
- I'm a snuggeler
- I've never had human food at my foster home
- I like ice cubes
- I'm crate trained (although I really don't like it) and will be quiet when in there.
- I'm learning to take treats carefully. I'm a little skinny so I LOVE treats and it's hard to show restraint
That's a pretty long list, but explains me to a tee! I hope someone will adopt me soon. The rescue that rescued me couldn't take care of me and my puppies (I guess we were too expensive) and they were going to ship us to another rescue in Maine! long story short, my foster parents now have the responsibility of taking care of me and my 10 puppies. My humans say that I can go to my forever home shortly if someone wants me. Just e-mail me at Zoe@Dogomania.com and my humans will get back to you right away. She checks my e-mail every night.
Thanks for passing my blog to your friends and other dog people!
~Zoe
