Zoe visits the dog park

Oh my gosh! What a BLAST I had today! My humans made up for not taking me for a walk yesterday and took me to this really BIG place! It was like a HUGE field. I could run everywhere off leash, but before all that happened (I was getting ahead of myself...I'm excited) My humans put me in the truck with the other dogs for a ride. If anyone remembers, I don't do well in cars. I get a little sick. They all get to ride in the back so I got to as well. My humans have a really cool truck with really high sides, we were all  leashed in really well so all we could do is sit and lay down. Their other dogs are real pro's at it and reassured me that we were OK. I wasn't scared. I LOVED IT!!!

Oh the smells! The sounds! wow I sat up the whole trip! I was really good and didn't bark at anyone, although the horses smell really good. I put my nose straight up to the sky and **sniff...sniff...sniff...** Woh!!!
When we finally got to the park I was all sniffed out. But before we went in, my human worked on my manners for a little. Se did very well and towards the end, I could do just about everything she asked with my lead dragging on the ground. (I kept stepping on it though)

When we went into the gates, I walked right to the top of the hill, not afraid, but not too excited either. It was really big and there were lots of other dogs. One came over and we said hello to each other. My human was very happy with  my manners that she gave me a pat and unhooked my lead. Really??? I can?? By myself??? YAY!

In this photo that's me! Running! That's Shasta, my buddy behind me and in front is the boxer puppy that I was playing with most of the time. She was really fast, but I was faster! Suki just wandered around. I think she does that all the time anyway. Then there was Sir. Lancalot. He was a collie cross and we ran from one end of the fence to the gates and back. He won, but I was really close. In the background of the photo...The one in the red may adopt me. He really liked me and his other human did too. I hope so.

Here's a video of all of us at the end of the day. All the other dogs have gone home with their humans and we were the only dogs left. We got to play some ball before we had to leave too... I hope I get to see them again. I had SO much fun! I can't WAIT to go back. I hope my adopted family has lots of room like this or better yet....brings me HERE!

Ok... This is me playing with a lot of dogs.... My human put this in because I was begging.  -- Enjoy!!!
